all the bright happy patterns are lovely and you picked nice ones that won't clash, but at the same time give different color tones (like the shirt is green and the jacket is red)

There is one thing though, the legs seem a bit thin. I know the whole character is thin, but her left leg may be just a wee bit too thin. The legs are about the same thickness as the arms in this picture, so I think making the legs a little larger might be good.
the color is digital, but has the warmth of traditional textures can be to add.
I think it could work even more anatomy, but they are details that will improve with more practice
in general is very good, fun and colorful, and is cheerful and light, although it has many colors, is not heavy
