Pink Wig + Pink Scarf Thingy + Photoshop CS3 = DEV.

Only the eyes underwent major photoshop surgery. : ))
cause my eyes are boring black :| no color there whatsoever D:

I do hope it looks natural though. 8D

this is pretty cool, i like the work you did on your eyes, they look like pools now!! XD im not good with photoshop so i think you did amazing work! :)
