I'm on a critiquing spree! And this piece was very eye-grabbing, so here goes nothing!

First of all, the color! It is fantastic! I feel like breaking into some elegant European accent just to emphasize the pure wonderfulness of the color of this piece! Does that make any sense at all? You know, start talking in an Italian accent and say things like "Magnifico!" I don't know; I'm crazy. But anyways - it's so vibrant! I feel like, me and the approximately 120% of deviantART that is also ADD will see this picture and exclaim something along the lines of "OOH SHINY!" or "OOH COLORFUL!" and just automatically favourite it!

But beyond the colors (because I've already exhausted myself spazzing out about that), as usual, your style is distinct - if I saw this artwork and wasn't told the artist, I would be able to tell it was done by you, because you have consistency in your work, which is great and makes you stand out. It also proves that you really know yourself as an artist - of course, everyone still has plenty of room for branching out and experimenting, but having your own style means your comfortable in your little artistic niche, that is until you decide to expand and become even BETTER, as I'm sure you will!

Finally, the brushstrokes. I'm not sure how to put this intelligently, so I'll just cover it in three simple words: They're really cool.

So, now that I've showered you with useless praise, I figure I should probably contribute something a little bit constructive. I'm trying to think of some advice here... Well, let me first recap what you did right:

Vibrant colors
Consistent style
Neat brushstrokes
Good lighting
Cool patterns (in the gold)

Oh, here's one thing that's kind of a nuance but I just now noticed it and I really can't think of anything else you could improve, since this is SO GOOD. Anyways, I can't really tell which direction the wind is blowing here. It's obvious that there's some sort of breeze. but her hair is being blown in one direction (to the right) and it looks like her gold skirt-thing is being blown in the other direction (to the left), which is something I'm sure no one else noticed because it's such an insignificant detail, but I honestly can't think of anything else to do better.

Okay, here's another thing. It's not necessarily something you did wrong here, just something you did RIGHT here that I definitely think you should use in future artworks. Make sure that if you ever do more pieces that are this vibrant with such bright colors (and I sincerely hope you will) that you stick with basic backgrounds, or no background at all, like you did in this piece, because otherwise it would be totally distracting! So that's something you did right in this piece.

Anyways, I've run out of constructive things to say, so I guess that's all! I hope at least something I said was slightly useful!
