I actually find this artwork quite creepy. The girl's eyes can pierce your soul by looking, and the bunny doll and cat doll look like they're staring straight at you. Particularly the mannequin/puppet in the window gives a creepy feeling to this, and the fact it is done with 'childlike' colours.
